Today I am sharing with you 5 Tequila Patron cocktail that will make you feel like you’re in Mexico!! Indeed as you probably noticed by now, I spent a few days in Mexico enjoying the beach, the food, and of course some nice cocktails on the beach made out of Tequila.

I see you coming already, you think, oh no Tequila, I can’t drink it, well this is what I said for a while as well but this trip I took to Tulum, Mexico really reconciled me with Tequila. Tequila is, with Mezcal the most famous drinks in Mexico!

Most of you know Tequila as a shot taken with lime and salt but how many of you can actually list me some cocktails made out of Tequila, except for the margarita or the tequila sunrise?!

I think very few people, this is why I am sharing with you 5 cocktails that will make you love Tequila again, and eventually make you feel like you’re in Mexico 😉

So first of all, for a good cocktail, you need a good Tequila. For my drinks I used Patron Silver, the world first and ultra-premium tequila since 1989, sold in a hand-labeled.

You probably wonder why when you drank Tequila (even though you didn’t had much of it) you have headache the next morning, the reason is, most tequilas are adulterated tequila and are a mix of blue agave and sugar cane-based liquor which is what give you an hangover. If you look for a good tequila you need to look for one that is made from 100 percent blue agave like the Patron silver tequila I used for these cocktails.

So here we go, with the recipes. What about creating those cocktails for a mexican fiesta with tacos and salsa music? Or just to add diversity to the cocktails you are used to do?!

And what about those drinks for tomorrow new year’s eve?!
