During our California road trip there is a place Chloe and I were dying to go : Disneyland. We visited both Disneyland and California Adventure in one day. 

I have been many times to Disneyland Paris. But I have been dying to see the very first Disneyland park in Anaheim California.

Extra magic hour at Disneyland California

We woke at 6am that day and drove 2 hours until our final destination. We of course arrived at the opening, exactly how I used to do it when I was a little girl. If you want to make the most out of your time if you stay at Disneyland and California adventure one day only, you might want to book an hotel at Disneyland to benefit the early access to the park. In this case you can enter the park at 8am instead of 9am.

The Parade at Disneyland park

We started our journey at Disneyland Paris with the Mad Tea Party at Disneyland Park. After this, we stayed in the park to watch the morning parade. It’s just so much time every time! You would never believe 40 years old women screamed Mickey’name like it was a Rolling Stone, but this does happen in Disneyland. It never gets old and people also seem to forget about their age or their problem in this place.
Every time I am wondering how… But it’s just the magic of Disney.

Attractions at Disneyland park

It is really funny how in my end-twenties the park is still so much fun if not more as since I am an only child I always went with my mom and I now went with a friend.

We were so lucky that day. It was just before Labor day weekend and we had the park almost for ourselves.

Many people went there as they probably were in California on vacations. Not only children, but also couples, or older group of friends. I love watching them go on the attraction or watch the 2 daily parades as they are so into it.
