When I was in Paris a few weeks ago I stayed at the Grand Pigalle Hotel, a Paris Boutique Hotel.
Review Grand Pigalle Hotel Paris
As the name of the hotel already says, the Grand Pigalle hotel is situated in the Pigalle district in Paris. This is not so far from where I used to live in Paris and is a district I really like because of it’s diversity, it’s proximity to so many touristic places and it is also perfect for nightlife. It is both very touristy because of the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre that is not so far but it is also an area of Paris where many Parisians live.
The hotel in itself is great as well. It is both vintage and modern. When you enter the room, you feel like you went back in time, with the old phone, the old-school lock, the vintage tapestry and bathtub, it all has a very luxury vintage vibe.
My highlight in the room was the little balcony. Such a great view over the parisians rooftops!
The lobby is very modern and very cosmopolitan. It’s the perfect place for coffee, lunch or drinks for both clients of the hotel and parisians. Cocktails are actually a speciality in this hotel and are part of the bed and beverage offer that allow you to create your cocktails yourself with the large offer in the mini bar or order them to your room.
This hotel is perfect for people who want to experience the real Paris but still want to be close to all the sightseeing spots.
