Recently I went to Marocco for a friend’s wedding. With my friends we stayed in a luxury Riad in Marrakech.
Indeed, we met with a few other girls and the best option was to rent a Airbnb riad in Marrakech so we could stay together.
Last time I was in Marrakech I stayed at La Mamounia, one of the most beautiful hotel in Marrakech and in the world. But this time I was thinking it would be nice also to stay in a typical riad.
Luxury Riad in Marrakech – Riad 17 Dar Chamar
We looked for several options online but considering the heat in marrakech in July, we definitely wanted a riad with a pool. we found Riad 17 Dar Chamar , a very nice riad situated just outside the Medina which is perfect so we don’t need a taxi for the souks etc.
Riad 17 is a modern Moroccan villa with 3 rooms, one big living room, a pool and a rooftop.
So much space and so beautifully decorated with Maroccan art and crafts.
Riad 17 is operating like an hotel though, someone comes to do the check in and there is someone that comes in the morning to do breakfast if you wish and to clean the riad.
We would definitely book this luxury riad in Marrakech again!
