A few days ago I got this new SM3740 Mixer from Severin. Right on time to share with you two of my recipes that I like to eat after the gym. Both recipes are healthy and super tasty as both contains peanut butter. I mean who do not love peanut butter.
The first recipe is a frozen banana and peanut butter smoothie.
What you need :
– 1 Frozen banana so that your drink is cold
– 200 vegetal milk
– 1 tablespoon hemp seed – for protein intake, they don’t taste at all 😉
– 2 tablespoon peanut butter
– 50g spinach – because greens are always needed
Blend all ingredients in the mixer on program Smoothie.
Pour in a glass and enjoy!

The second recipe, my bliss balls are the perfect source of energy while on the go. I love to eat them after the gym.
What you need to do your energy balls :
– 200g dates
– 100g oats
– 100g peanuts
– 2 tablespoon peanut butter
Blend all ingredients into the mixer. As the consistency is very sticky you might need to open the mixer and stir a bit so that all nuts will be cracked. Another option is to first add the nuts into the mixer, whizz it until you get a nice flour and then add the other ingredients. I like my energy balls a bit crunchy so I prefer the first method.
Once you obtain a sticky paste, roll the paste into your hands to form a few balls. You can keep them in the fridge for a few weeks.
