The best camera for fashion bloggers : Olympus PEN

Today, an article on why my Olympus PEN is not only the best camera for travelling but also the perfect camera for fashion bloggers and vloggers.

A little review of my time with my Olympus PEN E-PL7 camera. I’ve used it since the middle of December, and received it just before my trip to South East Asia. I did a little review if you remember, saying that this camera is the perfect travel camera .
When I came back I started using the camera on a daily basis, either when I went to an event or to take my outfit pictures. After 4 months of use I am happy to say that I am still really pleased the camera and enjoy using it. I carry it with me 90% of the time it fits in a small bag so it is perfect for when I am going to events. You would not use a camera that weighs 3kg (i’m not exaggerating if you have a bi-lens it can be that heavy) as often as a small one.

In total I have 3 different lenses that I am using. My favorite is the 45mm that I use to do my outfit pictures or take details short. I generally ask friends of mine to take my pictures and some of them have no idea how to use a camera. They would always have problems shooting nice pictures when I gave them my Canon but since I have the Olympus camera with the 45mm lens we have no problems anymore. Every picture looks perfect So I would say this camera is for both people who know how to use a camera since you can do all settings like with a normal reflex camera- and for people who don’t. I also already said that I don’t know so much about technique, I can only do the simple set ups so if I don’t know how to do something I will just select a situation in the settings, for example landscape or sunset etc. and it would do it or me and until now I always have had a good result with my pictures by doing so.

During my holiday in December I took all my pictures with the normal lens: 14-42mm since then, I got a third lens that is a wide angle lens the 8-18mm 1:4-5.6 that is also perfect for traveling since it allows you to capture lots of the surrounding.

In my first review I said my favorite function is the wifi function. Well it still is. I love having my pictures on my phone right away so that I can post them on Instagram or send them to my friends. I think that our days with everything going so quickly and the internet being so present, it is, even if you are not a blogger, a must have function when you buy a camera.
